I just slice open an Aloe Vera leaf and slather it on my face from time to time. Works fine and keeps the skin healthy.
Differin face wash, gel, and moisturizer have helped a lot with my skin, since I have closed comedones. I use the Detox + Soothe 2 step treatment face mask too and that is a literal gem
I use jowaé french-korean skincare ritual, it really works !!
Turn your shower as hot as it can go, or put your face over a steamy bowl of hot water, idk why this helps me, but it does! 
Use neem paste twice a week and also neem facewash and use a salicylic based serum/facewash/serum.
Tbh Curology works really well, and it’s very cheap sooooooo if y’all need it use it.

I use various Cetaphil products cause I have sensitive skin.
My life saver is Aveda's Outer Peace Acne Relief Pads.
I also occasionally Corsx Acne patches.
Also random, but applying an antibiotic ointment can decrease scarring, pain, and accelerate healing.

for little pimples, i use acne patches! i use the skin tone ones so i can wear them out in public, but they've got cute star or heart ones. i also use the CeraVe facial cleanser to wash my face and the Ordinary moisturizer and my face feels soooo fresh

I personally use bt21 themed acne patches from the creme shop for my pimple and they work for me
i use CeraVe & Curology. for cerave i use hydrating facial cleanser& resurfacing retional serum. now for curology i just bought some yesterday cause ive been seeing it all over tiktok and i wanted to see if it would really work but idk yet since ive only used it in the morning today but basically for cerave i’d say it works very well i dont have that much ance only on my chin and it clears up like 5 weeks after or something like that but i still wash my face just to keep my face healthy and oily!
i just use toner and an exfoliator. but for like heavy acne i have this cream
I use differin adapalene gel for acne treatment as well as a moisturizer and healing cream because the gel is really strong
Nothing works for me, I try to wash twice a week and I’ve doing it for a year but seen no progress

well personally i take spironolactone for acne which is medication so but i just wash my face alot

I remember being in a similar boat trying countless products. Not sure if you're still exploring, but I've found some interesting skincare products, especially from the UK. I used McGrocer to get it from abroad and it was totally worth it. IDK why but some products in the UK are way better than in other countries.
So, if you still look for skincare stuff, try looking in the shops abroad, too.
