if a pregnant woman got bitten and turned into a zombie, would the baby be a zombie? maybe a hambie? would the kid even be born?
but let's say the woman's about to pop- in her 9th month and about to give birth and she gets bitten, the child would survive right? since most of his body and heart and stuff is developed.

I’ve literally thought about this too because I watched a really really bad movie and the lady was pregnant but she got bit and was screaming “SAVE MY BABY” they shot her and cut the baby out but it was still infected and I was like “How?”
