You should rest. Like drinking hot tea, taking a nice, calming, warm bath with bathsalt maybe or even taking a nice warm shower, those can be really helpful for headaches.

Thank you! I most definitely am going to rest. I took a relatively warm shower today cause I have an aching muscle and it didnt help ugh but I am going to rest here soon.
