Today it was announced that Big Hit Entertainment will be changing their name to HYBE Corporation.
They are switching from entertainment to Corporation because:
"We'll become the world's leading entertainment and lifestyle platform company. By removing 'entertainment,' we'll have a new, comprehensive image as a general content group, which is our mission."
There will be a general shareholders meeting on March 30th covering the name change.

What do you all think of this new name?
It will always be Big Hit to me. Idk why they couldn't just call it Big Hit Corporation, instead of completely changing the name?

It'll be really weird, since I've known it as Big Hit Entertainment for almost 2 1/4 years.
It'll always be Big Hit to me too, mainly because I'll forget they changed it lol

Eh, I don't really know how I feel. I mean, it's not bad but it's not good:/ I will just always remember the groups being under Bighit Entertainment.

I don’t like it either I don’t really undrestand the need to change the name at all especially completely. Big hit entertainment is well known why would they change that. Especially to HYBE Corporation. I mean the four letters don’t even look good together or sound nice and they don’t happen to make a word. Which would have been in their favour because that would be more memorable. Also a lot of people might think it’s completely different company and nothing to do with BTS, TXT or Enhypen.
