can't log into my account?

hiii! it's @yunaisms ! i've been trying to log into my account but the password didn't work (i tried multiple times) so i tried getting a password reset email but then it said my account didn't exist-??? so i tried making this one with my normal email but it said it was in use qwq i tried emailing kprofiles but so far no response,, pls help-

@yunaisms have you tried clearing the device's browser cache? Sometimes a corrupted file can be an issue?

hm are you 100% sure you're putting in the right password? You haven't changed it or anything?

That's really weird. Maybe you're mistyping your password? The passwords are case sensitive, so it has to be exactly how you initially set it.
As for the email, are you sure you verified the email that you registered with, not an alternative email? Are you sure you checked the Spam folder too? Sometimes the emails containing the reset link are sent directly to spam.
If you still don't manage, please send me a PM with the password that you want and I'll manually set it for you.

i'll recheck all of those, but yes to the case-sensitive thing. i keep all my passwords written down exactly how i enter them, so that was what really confused me. but ill check the other things!
