You can just ignore them, it seems there have been a bunch of random accounts (probably botted) posting one or two messages and then it's another account again doing the same, that have nothing to do with anything on here or are promoting something, don't know why now there are so many of them everywhere :/

Oh. Thanks for informing me. I got excited that someone might wanted to do this but now, not so much
