GO TO ADMIN PANEL > ADD-ONS AND INSTALL ABSTRACT SIDEBAR TO SEE FORUMS AND SIDEBAR
You can directly search for cards if you click that you're looking for "Items"
If some items have similar names they will all show up in results but the card you have in mind should still be there unless it doesn't exist yet, in that case you may request it. The thread below shows you where you can request each item.
