Problem accessing the WordPress website

Hey, please any admin, i would appreciate it if you replied. I am an author and an editor at kprofiles but recently, I tried to access the link given to me by kprofiles but it wont load or open. I checked both my internet and device and they’re both working fine. I really need help on how to access the WordPress website again so I can make more profiles.
