Heyaaa. If you’re seeing this before the group is officially announced, I just want to clarify this thread is a permenant thread for the group, but the current name is not a permanent name. Once the group name is officially announced I’ll be contacting a mod to change the title Just as the Calla thread, most of this group is entirely thought of by me, and anything that has been inspired by something else will be credited appropriately

A SUMMARY OF ALL THEORIES AND PREDICTIONS SURROUNDING LR ENTERTAINMENT’S UPCOMIMG GIRL GROUP
Months The Wren Media formed their brand new company collection FortyForty Labels, speculations immediately began on the future of the companies, with the future of LR Entertainment being the focus specifically due to the time since their first girl group ‘Dandy’ has debuted.

Here is everything the Korean media knows about LR Entertainment, and the potential candidates of a future girl group.

First of all, netizen sleuths have been able to find trademark under FortyForty Labels for the name #######, and netizens believe this could be the group name. Some fans have stated that #### means ##### and this could be to do with their concept, while others have suggested alternatively ###### could also be something to do with their concept due to their connected meaning. The name has garnered mixed responses, some saying it’s ugly and others saying it’s very cute and unique.

On the 24th of May, LR Entertainment finally released a statement confirming a new girl group is on the way, but no further details have been announced.

As for the members, here are four candidates who Netizens are confident will debut in this group.

LIU YUBI
Yubi is an ex-member of the now disbanded girl group under Luxoria Entertainment, Lovisa. Her twin brother also recently debuted in boy group Onyx under the stage name One.J.

Shortly after leaving Luxoria, Yubi joined LR Entertainment, and fans are positive she is definitely going to be a member of the upcoming group, as the company likely wouldn’t want to miss an opportunity to gain the fame having an already famous idol would bring them. However, some fans are unsure how they feel about this. Some fans are excited to see her re-debut and continue achieving her dreams while others worry the other members will be neglected in favour of her.

Prior to Luxoria Entertainment, Yubi also used to train at JYP.


LEE KAYEON
A slightly less strong contender but still highly possible would be the daughter of MeHoney Entertainment’s CEO, and niece of SPRKL’s Lee Hwayoung: Lee Kayeon.

Due to the merge, netizens think it’s possible that Kayeon could have transferred to LR Entertainment. There is a lot of confusion surrounding Kayeon due to the fact everyone believed she would’ve been guaranteed to debut in MeHoney’s next girl group after appearing in the 2021 Trainee Showcase, however their girl group CALLA debuted without her, despite having members with a much shorter trainee period. There have been no updates to her whereabouts since.

Similar to Yubi, Kayeon has had mixed responses to the potential of her debut, as many believe she would be receiving nepotism privilege and doesn’t deserve to debut.

Two trainees named Jiwon and Gahyeon also under MeHoney during their trainee showcase have had some speculation about whether they could’ve joined Kayeon in this company trade due to them not debuting in CALLA and also having no updates since CALLA’s debut.


Finally, the least likey speculation yet, though not completely ruled out, surrounds two mystery girls who were seen attending the Enchantress 1 year anniversary concert with Yubi.

Their identities remain unknown and it’s still not clear whether they’re even trainees. Many fans believe the two girls could’ve simply been non-idol friends of Yubi while others are certain they must’ve been trainee friends from LR Entertainment. Many fans are eagerly awaiting to see if they’ll get to meet these two mystery girls after all.

Sleuths who have usually been able to find information about pre-debut groups and trainees have said that information surrounding LR Entertainment’s trainees has been harder to obtain than most other companies. This has caused many to question why LR Entertainment would’ve invested so much money into keeping their trainee information so hidden from the public, and perhaps this girl group is more than it seems at the moment…

LR Entertainment unexpectedly reveals their new girl group REVEILY through first episode of web series titled 'The Dream Team'.

Fans don't need to wait any longer as LR Entertainment's new girl group is here! However, their announcement has been like no other in the industry.

On the 3rd of June 2023, LR Entertainment uploaded the first episode to a series titled 'The Dream Team' on a YouTube Channel titled 'Reveily Official'. The episode featured 9 characters, however the following six appear to be the main characters and members of this future girl group.


Moon Eunseo: The main character and narrator


Nanami: An Unnie to Eunseo who had appeared on a survival show


Yul: Another Unnie to Eunseo


Huihyeon: Another Unnie to Eunseo


Kahyun: An Unnie to Eunseo who seems more distant than the others


Zhang Yuxi: An ex-idol from a girl group named Priscilla

This group announcement however has caused many mixed responses.

The biggest response was confusion, due to not two but three known faces being members of Reveily, yet none of them having their expected names. Zhang Yuxi is member Liu Yubi from ex-girl group LOVISA, while Kahyun is Lee Kayeon, daughter of MeHoney Entertainment's CEO, and Huihyeon is Jiwon, another trainee originally from MeHoney Entertainment who appeared in their 2021 showcase.

"Does this mean none of the members are using their real names?? What is happening??"

Others do not like the concept

However, there has also been equally positive and excited reception for the debut

At the end of the first episode, the screen faded to black to reveal that Reveily will be debuting some time in July. We cannot wait to see what these girls do with their concept, and get to know the girls better.

Reveily, The Dream Team and our company vision - A message from LR Entertainment and The Wren Media

KMG: Hello everyone. Welcome to this discussion of the new girl group of LR Entertainment, Reveily. I am an executive from The Wren Media, and with me today I have five lovely guests: Kang Donghyun from LR Entertainment, Lee Jinyoung from MeHoney Entertainment and three members from Reveily: Kahyun, Huihyeon and Nanami. Would you girls like to introduce yourselves?
Kahyun: Hello, I’m Park Kahyun, also known as Lee Kayeon, and I’m the main dancer of Reveily
Iyah: Hello, I’m Shin Huihyeon, leader of Reveily, and my stage name is Iyah
Nanami: Hi I’m Nanami and I’m Reveily’s main vocalist
KMG: Thank you girls. Now, at the time this video airs, the first episode of our web series, The Dream Team will be up. We suspect that the launch of this project will cause a lot of confusion though, so this question and answer session is intended to answer some preemptive questions about Reveily. I think to start, we should start small. Jinyoung, would you care to explain the meaning of the name Reveily
LJY: Gladly. The name Reveily has 3 main meanings to it, all linked with the concept of the group, which I know the others will explain in more detail later. Reve is the first aspect of the name, with Rêve meaning dream in French. Our goal for Reveily is to create this dreamlike utopia for fans to escape to through their music. The next part of their name is an extended part of Reve, Reveil. Réveil is French for awakening, which is the second side to Reveily, showing a reality behind the utopia. Finally, the pronunciation of Reveily. Although you may pronounce it more officially as “Rev-e-ly”, another pronunciation would be “Le-be-ly”, which also sounds similar to “lovely”, which also represents the cute concept Reveily’s music will aim for
KMG: Thank you for breaking the meaning down for us. Though MeHoney Entertainment is not the company hosting this group, they have been providing us resources in order to allow this project to become a reality, including two of their brilliant trainees
LJY: Yes, Huihyeon has officially transferred to LR Entertainment, while Kahyun is going to be co-managed between the two companies. We’re delighted to be able to contribute to this group
KMG: Would Donghyun like to talk more about the vision of the group?
KDH: Yes thank you. Reveily is the second girl group of our company since Dandy, and our third group since HAC-A, and we’re delighted to welcome them to the team. Reveily has a concept we believe is quite unique for multiple reasons. Firstly, Reveily is not only an idol group, but a group of actresses in a web series. The girls of Reveily therefore have three existences. In The Dream Team, we follow a Reveily from the past, who do not know their future yet. Through their music however, we see present day Reveily, who appears to have a fun and ideal life. There’s an expression: “you can’t have your cake and eat it too” and that’s what we almost aim to break with Reveily. Then, of course, the third world Reveily are the real girls behind these idols. Through our behind the scenes content we wish to get to share the lives of these girls with you, and their true hopes and dreams. Nanami, do you want to expand?
Nanami: Yes! The Dream Team series aims to give fans an insight into what pre-debut life is like. Already in the first episode, our main character Moon Eunseo has witnessed many of her trainee friends be cut from the team, as well as shared her fears for her skills and worth. For a lot of trainees, this is what trainee life truly is. This is what the Reveil part of our group name means. We will be brutally honest with the truth. However it must also be noted that the experiences we show won’t be completely accurate to our own experiences and also to the experiences of other trainees out there. It’s quite dramatised and missing many traumatic aspects! We want the drama to still be fun after all
Iyah: We really want to emphasise though that while our characters are based on our lives, they’re not fully accurate! For example, Kahyun’s character is quite cold towards the others in the first episode, but in reality I can assure Kahyun isn’t like this. Many of what you see are active decisions our six members made
Nanami: I never competed on a survival show for example
Iyah: Exactly. Us members of Reveily are actors as much as we are idols
Kahyun: This leads on well to my topic. Our names? Why is my name now Park Kahyun? Because us 6 are playing characters, we are going by fake names. For some of us, myself and our Yuxi-Unnie, our real names are already known to many, and we also are okay with our real names being used by fans. We understand especially for Yubi-Unnie people already know her under one name, and so changing this may be hard. Zhang Yuxi is a character, while Yubi is our true Unnie. For other members though, we request people respect the fake name system. Their real names will be revealed if and when they want them to be, assuming none of us have accidental slip ups
Nanami: It’s bound to happen
Kahyun: *Laughs* yes, most likely

WHATS MY DREAM: Park Kahyun

Kahyun: Hello. I’m Park Kahyun of Reveily. It’s nice to meet you

Question 1: Who is Park Kahyun?
Kahyun: In the series The Dream Team, Kahyun is quite closed off from her trainee mates. The others see training as hard but also quite fun and special, but Kahyun takes it very seriously. The first impression of her is quite shocking I think because she reacts quite nonchalantly when she learns that members of the team are cut. But more will be learnt about her in the future episodes *chuckles*

The name Park Kahyun was inspired by my real name Kayeon. I took the Ka but changed the second syllable and then I chose a surname I liked. Because my surname Lee is one of the three most common I decided to have another one of the most common surnames and so I chose Park

Question 2: What about the idol behind Park Kahyun?
Kahyun: I don’t think I’m like my character. I am introverted so I’m not loud and bubbly, but I’m not mean either! I do take things quite seriously though. I’m an ‘03 liner along with our leader, Iyah, so I’m also part of the Unnie line and therefore I feel quite protective of the younger members

Question 3: How long have you been training?
Kahyun: I’ve been preparing for idol life since I can remember. When I was little I was taking singing and dancing lessons most days a week. I became an official trainee once I turned 16 though, in 2019

Question 4: What are your specialities?
Kahyun: The members call me the dancing queen. I don’t think I’m a queen at dancing but it is my passion. I take it very seriously and prefer it over singing, even though I’m about to become a singer *laughs*. I hope I can show my strengths when I perform for any fans we get soon

Question 5: Why did you want to become an idol?
Kahyun: I grew up around idol life because of my aunt. I guess it just always seemed so amazing and interesting to me that if I didn’t become an idol I wouldn’t know what else I wanted to be. Part of me still wishes I could live that normal life and do things people my age are doing, but I’ve made five amazing best friends in this group who I wouldn’t trade for the world. And I hope soon I’ll be able to have fans as well that will keep encouraging me

Question 6: Who are your role models if you have any?
Kahyun: My aunt is definitely one *laughs*. I know it’s a bit repetitive but she was always so amazing in my eyes when I was little, and even now she’s still so great to me. Um I also like BoA, Taeyeon, Lee Hyori, Sunmi… I guess because I grew up with idol music I still love all the older classics. But my favourite song is actually Very Nice by Seventeen, which isn’t as old…

Question 7: When you’re not working, what do you like to do with your time?
Kahyun: I go to the gym every day. There’s many reasons why. It releases endorphins which are good for your health, and it keeps me healthy and strong for our taxing days of training. I do also watch Netflix though to wind down sometimes. I think I’m balanced in that sense

Question 8: What is the one major thing you hope to achieve by 2024?
Kahyun: Hmm… I hate questions like these because you don’t want to sound too greedy but you also don’t want to underestimate yourself… Ah… Um… I think… I want a senior group to mention us positively. Or to give us encouragement. That would be nice I think as it’s would show we’re a group to look out for

WHATS MY DREAM: Hiromichi Nanami

Nanami: Hello there! This is Hiromichi Nanami! Welcome to my introduction

Question 1: Who is Hiromichi Nanami?
Nanami: Nanami is a character who had competed on a survival show, so for trainee terms she’s like one step down in fame than idols, especially because she placed well on the show despite not debuting. As well as that she’s quite loud and excitable

The name Hiromichi Nanami came from my real initials. HM. I think this name is nice! I have a fake name for the fun of it really, and it also lets me create an alternate reality so I feel powerful

Question 2: What about the idol behind Hiromichi Nanami?
Nanami: Me and Nanami are basically the same person to be honest. I’m not that good of an actress like Eunseo or Kahyun-Unnie are, so it’s easier to just act the way I actually would. In Reveily they also call me the ultimate extrovert because even though most of us are extroverted, they say I’m another level. Oh I’m also an ‘04 liner which puts me in the maknae line, which I guess suits me but I don't really know. I think Eunseo is the perfect definition of a maknae

Question 3: How long have you been training
Nanami: I started training at Starship Entertainment in 2018. My mum hated it because she was like my baby is moving away from home, I’m from Japan in case you couldn’t tell, and she would literally call me every day. But then all she could see was me having the time of my life in this foreign country, even as this little kid. Then at the end of 2019 I transferred to LR Entertainment. So I have quite a strong trainee history I think

Question 4: What are your specialities
Nanami: It’s 3 words, loud, projective, voice. I’m the main vocalist and it’s because I can belt. Kahyun-Unnie will tell you you can hear me coming from miles away. My energy is also a speciality I think. I think it’ll make me fun to watch on stage, I hope

Question 5: Why did you want to become an idol?
Nanami: I always knew I didn’t want a boring job, and that I wanted to do something special. I also have always loved singing so trying to become a singer felt like a good path. My debate was whether I wanted to become a J-Pop idol or a K-pop idol. But because I am Nanami I decided on the harder route. Move to another country where I can’t speak the language and go from there. I think my Korean is pretty good now though? Right?

Question 6: Who are your role models, if you have any?
Nanami: Before I moved to Korea, my three main role models were Sana, Jihyo and Mina from TWICE. Whenever I got scared at the dorms because I felt so isolated in this country, I would remember that if they could do it I could do it too. I still hold them very close to my heart. I’m also a fan of JELO, because they have a Japanese member. And… another idol I have a lot of respect for is Yuxi-Unnie. I hope she doesn’t find this embarrassing but I think it’s so cool to have an already known idol debut with us, so I look up to her a lot when we train. Unnie, I’m always watching you *smiles creepily and then bursts out laughing* That was a joke okay I’m not that weird

Question 7: When you’re not working, what do you do with your time?
Nanami: Oh yeaaah. That’s another thing I’m known for in this group. I’m the style icon of Reveily. I mean… look at me. I love scrolling on social media and getting outfit inspiration and sometimes I even design outfits. I also like to do my hair and my members’ hair if they’re bored. I think that’s a part of idol life I’m so excited for, getting to wear all the fancy stage costumes and having makeup and all that. I literally think I was born to be an idol

Question 8: What’s one major thing you want to achieve by 2024?
Nanami: Um… I want a music show win. Is that arrogant? Oh well. I want a trophy. Please make it happen *laughs*

Question 1: Who is Zhang Yuxi?
Yuxi: The first episode of The Dream Team didn’t really introduce Yuxi very well. I was used more for dramatic effect. I didn’t mind though, I liked my entrance. It was so cool. What we know so far is that she’s an ex-idol from a group named Priscilla, and because of that the other trainees are a bit nervous to train with her. But more about her personality will be learnt in the next episode. I promise

The fake name was taken from Yubi, Yuxi. The surname was just a common one I could think of. I didn't really spend much time worrying about it because I doubt many people are even going to call me by my fake name. People might be confused why I have one in the first place, and it’s because I just really wanted to feel like a member of this group. I don’t want to be treated differently from them

Question 2: What about the idol behind Zhang Yuxi?
Yuxi: Um… Well me and our leader have the same MBTI. We’re both type ENFJ. I’d say I’m extroverted definitely but like… in a more social way than a chaotic way… definitely not referring to Nanami. I also think I’m a bit like a mum or older sister to the rest of the members. I’ve been training for the longest, technically, and I’ve also already debuted in the past. Even though Iyah is our leader, I feel like a bit of a leader to Iyah lol. I like to support the members

Question 3: How long have you been training?
Yuxi: I started training in 2015, when I was 13. I was so terrified leaving my home country to come to Korea but I knew it was what I wanted to do. I spent 5 years at my first company, but after I failed to make their debut team I switched to my second company. I then trained 3 years there before I debuted with my past team, LOVISA. I ended up leaving that team because another one of our members wanted to leave and I didn’t want her to feel like she broke our team or that she was alone in her decision. To me, it was four or none. LOVISA will always be close to my heart and I still talk to the members frequently, but I knew if I couldn’t be LOVISA forever, I wanted a new team. At first I really thought I’d never be happy in a new team, but I love these five girls so much. I’ve only been with them for a few months but I already know this is where my new home is

Question 4: What are your specialities?
Yuxi: I have many. Before I would’ve told you my charm was my dance skills, and I’m obviously still a good dancer don’t get me wrong. But I’ve been working on rap! Our first album doesn’t have a lot of rap in it but I’m sure people will recognise the effort I’ve put into my rap. I’m also a visual queen *flicks hair* obviously *laughs*

Question 5: Why did you want to become an idol?
Yuxi: Me and my twin brother have always wanted to be famous. As kids we had this little duo and would put on shows for our parents together. He debuted recently in ONYX! Everyone please support ONYX’s One.J for me? So yeah, as soon as I felt I was old enough to start pursuing my dream that’s exactly what I did!

Question 6: Who are your role models if you have any?
Yuxi: I know they’re a role model to so many, but SNSD, especially Hyoyeon. She was who inspired me to get into both dance and rap. Now I’m also a fan of CALLA, which is really strange because I’m about to debut with idols who trained alongside the CALLA members! I guess everything happens for a reason, because these girls who are now my close friends were almost people I was a fan of!

Question 7: When you’re not working, what do you like to do with your time?
Yuxi: I actually had a back up plan if idol life didn’t work out, I was going to become a writer. I like writing fantasy stories about other worlds, not that I will share them with anyone, dancing and singing is enough for you. But I think that’s another reason why I’m so excited to be part of Reveily, not only are we telling a story, we’re creating it AND we’re living it. It’s like two dreams came true at once

Question 8: What is one major thing you want to experience by 2024?
Yuxi: I have nothing specific. I know it’s going to sound cheesy but this is my honest answer. I want to experience a moment where the six of us are together after experiencing something incredible and meaningful, and it solidifies that together we are a team. *Cringes* It’s too cringy I can’t. But that’s the truth

Yuxi: Um… Well me and our leader have the same MBTI. We’re both type ENFJ. I’d say I’m extroverted definitely but like… in a more social way than a chaotic way… definitely not referring to Nanami. I also think I’m a bit like a mum or older sister to the rest of the members. I’ve been training for the longest, technically, and I’ve also already debuted in the past. Even though Iyah is our leader, I feel like a bit of a leader to Iyah lol. I like to support the members

Question 3: How long have you been training?
Yuxi: I started training in 2015, when I was 13. I was so terrified leaving my home country to come to Korea but I knew it was what I wanted to do. I spent 5 years at my first company, but after I failed to make their debut team I switched to my second company. I then trained 3 years there before I debuted with my past team, LOVISA. I ended up leaving that team because another one of our members wanted to leave and I didn’t want her to feel like she broke our team or that she was alone in her decision. To me, it was four or none. LOVISA will always be close to my heart and I still talk to the members frequently, but I knew if I couldn’t be LOVISA forever, I wanted a new team. At first I really thought I’d never be happy in a new team, but I love these five girls so much. I’ve only been with them for a few months but I already know this is where my new home is

Question 4: What are your specialities?
Yuxi: I have many. Before I would’ve told you my charm was my dance skills, and I’m obviously still a good dancer don’t get me wrong. But I’ve been working on rap! Our first album doesn’t have a lot of rap in it but I’m sure people will recognise the effort I’ve put into my rap. I’m also a visual queen *flicks hair* obviously *laughs*

Question 5: Why did you want to become an idol?
Yuxi: Me and my twin brother have always wanted to be famous. As kids we had this little duo and would put on shows for our parents together. He debuted recently in ONYX! Everyone please support ONYX’s One.J for me? So yeah, as soon as I felt I was old enough to start pursuing my dream that’s exactly what I did!

Question 6: Who are your role models if you have any?
Yuxi: I know they’re a role model to so many, but SNSD, especially Hyoyeon. She was who inspired me to get into both dance and rap. Now I’m also a fan of CALLA, which is really strange because I’m about to debut with idols who trained alongside the CALLA members! I guess everything happens for a reason, because these girls who are now my close friends were almost people I was a fan of!

Question 7: When you’re not working, what do you like to do with your time?
Yuxi: I actually had a back up plan if idol life didn’t work out, I was going to become a writer. I like writing fantasy stories about other worlds, not that I will share them with anyone, dancing and singing is enough for you. But I think that’s another reason why I’m so excited to be part of Reveily, not only are we telling a story, we’re creating it AND we’re living it. It’s like two dreams came true at once

Question 8: What is one major thing you want to experience by 2024?
Yuxi: I have nothing specific. I know it’s going to sound cheesy but this is my honest answer. I want to experience a moment where the six of us are together after experiencing something incredible and meaningful, and it solidifies that together we are a team. *Cringes* It’s too cringy I can’t. But that’s the truth
