these are some songs I really like that I used to play/currently play on the piano

Un Sospiro (Liszt) - LINK
This was a song that I wanted to play so badly. I was probably obsessed with it at some point. The scales in the background sound so light and beautiful, yet strong when needed. At many parts, the song sounds chaotic in a quite organized way. It's one of the harder songs that I play.

Ständchen (Schubert, arr. Liszt) - LINK
My dad loves this song so much. Plus it's easy. Very relaxing.

June, Barcarolle (Tchaikovsky) - LINK
This song brings back so many nostalgic memories. It's kind of similar to Standchen. I performed June and Reverie at my fourth grade piano recital.

Libestraum No.3 (Liszt) - LINK
Fantaisie-Impromptu Op. 66 (Chopin) - LINK
Libestraum and Fantaisie-Impromtu are two songs that every decent pianist knows. It's a good song to play for small gatherings.

Clair de Lune (Debussy) - LINK
This was my first dream song. There is so much emotion that needs to be conveyed when playing this. It's very tiring but so beautiful when played properly. The overall song is quite peaceful.

Clair de Lune is such a vibe—I remember hearing it and thinking, “Man, I’ve gotta learn this.” That’s kinda what pushed me to start playing piano.

If you’re into learning too, you might wanna check out artmaster.com. It’s where I got started, and now I can actually play some of my favorite pieces.
