thoughts on tarot and fortune readings?

i'm thinking of getting back into the groove of tarot reading this summer. i've been neglecting my training(?) long enough.

anyway it got me wondering, what do you guys think of tarot (or other kinds of fortune telling)? have you had it done? do you read? do you think its bogus?

I've only been reading cards for a somewhat short time (off and on a few years). i have a tarot deck and a deck from this anime/manga called cardcaptor sakura that can also be used to read fortunes. one time, just for kicks, i tried reading my own fortune using my kpop photocards and it actually turned out pretty decent (picture attached); did it again the other day for a friend and it also wasn't too bad.

other than cards, i also believe in astrology and have been dabbling in dream interpretation. i still have a lotto learn on both subjects tho.

i've had two forms of it done on me. when i was away from home, one of the teens had a deck of cards, and all of the face cards meant no and and the numbers were yes. a few years prior, my dad's friend did one for me. i forget the past one, but the present was something along the lines of i'm struggling right now and i'm going through a lot, and the future was i'd go through a full transition. i cried lmao fjdjfj
i think it's cool though!! i thought the one my dad's friend did was really accurate!

Personally I don't believe it too much or take it as total truth, I moreso take it with a grain of salt, I just think it's fun to have someone read it for me
