i usually have left overs from my last meal: grapes, blue berries, and cucumber
there are foods i would rather eat, but clearly my parents care more about my health than i do, so i gotta get those fruits and veg in somehow

idk what big backing means/ is referring to but for me I easily have a couple of top favourites;

1 my Mums homemade soup or my dads chili (or cinnamon buns, he's been getting really good at them).

healthy stuff I usually focus on when I'm running/at the gym; protein bars (still haven't found one that I like yet...), this milk drink called 'core power', blueberries, raspberries (I'm obsessed!). but i have been trying to make my own ramen at home with vegetable broth.

otherwise I'm a big chip eater (sour scream and onion) or bbq bacon ranch pizza from my local place is a fav if I don't feel like poutine that day.
