When did you get you first get your Phone?

As I was not a Crazy person over Social Media, I Got it Last Month. Yeah very late but still. I enjoy being free & can take my time off it at least for 6 hours..
I had to watch most of my things on my sister's phone (Borrow her phone). But she would be such a brat to sometimes..Anyways..

In 6th grade I got an iPhone 3G. So I was about 12 or so. My parents gave it to me because I had to walk home from school, and they wanted to make sure I was safe.

When i was in the 7th grade, for my 13th birthday. It was because I would ride the bus home and then walk from the bus stop to my house, so my parents wanted me to have a phone in case of emergencies. It was one of those Nokia phones...I thought it was cool though because the back of it would light up every time someone called or texted me.

My dad gave me his old flip phone as a gift in 4th grade, then in 6th grade my mom gave me her old flip phone so I had 2 phones (unfortunately I lost the first one and I can't use the second one because I ran out of service days )

I don't remember exactly when but it must've been either when I was in fourth or fifth grade. It was a phone only meant for phonecalls tho (it didn't even have a camera), very simple, but it was more than enough for me at the time.
