theres a huge pimple on my face and no matter what i do it won't go away i look like rudolth the raindeer

literally! i have been trying everything but it only gets worse

Usually to stop them from itching I js use ice, tbh, but even that that doesn’t always work. I have oily-ish skin, so putting stuff like creams can rlly cause a breakout for me
