However, since this idea wouldn’t directly help people on Earth right now, some may see it as a distant or an unideal goal. In addition, some might view Martian cultivation as unnecessary, believing instead that humanity should focus on preserving Earth rather than expanding outward to a planet we have yet to fully understand.’
