for me, contact Jun Lee on the forum, he was just in the other day but I've seen him answer people back in the help desk section. I messaged him after I couldn't get a password reset to my email (it never showed up 😓) so I had to message him and they can reset your password for you.

I think you might have to know the email to prove its you or something 🤷‍♀️, but it should be enough to let you back in your original account. Hopefully you get it!
