BRO I RLLY want the these peircings idk what its called but its where they put them under the bottom lip I think its called snake bites but I want like with the long needle like ones

One of my ear piercings. I think the ball has been gone for a couple days now and when I bumped my hand against my ear, the actual piercing fell out but the inside is closed up, cause I can't get it back in
