that's not good. You should eat something before it gets worseone time i didnt eat for 3 whole days and i threw up so much n i passed out from stress n not eating
I did it. I told them months of resentment and pain to them, and they apologised.. they said they never intended to make me feel this way..? I don't believe it. I'm too hurt to even process things.. should I forgive them? Even after they knew what I was going through and still mistreated and ignored me and my silent cries for help..?
Just because they intend to not hurt your feelings, they still did even after they knew they were. You shouldn't forgive them.

I’ve been feeling incredibly low lately, and it seems like happiness is just out of my reach. School has become a real burden for me. I wish I could fall asleep and never wake up again. It’s a struggle to get through the classes, and I often feel overwhelmed by the pressure.
On top of everything, I’m wrestling with the thought of coming out to my close friends and my parents. The fear of their reactions hangs over me like a dark cloud. I can’t shake the feeling that they might reject me or look at me differently if I share my true self with them. It's an exhausting battle, and I just long for a time when I can find peace and truly be myself without fear.
