Those who post the emoji and change their layout (including profile picture + signature) afterwards will be rendered unable to participate for not following the rules since it's unfair for everyone else. Therefore their post will be deleted. Please post the emoji only after you're 100% sure about it.
Again, you have until Friday, the 13th to post your emoji if you are not satisfied with your layout right now. I currently do not have an estimated time as to when i will be locking the thread/tallying votes, more than likely it will be Friday evening though.
