Crescendo Sound Collective Network (CreSCN) is a music and talent agency built on the idea of constant growth. We operate as a global network, moving away from the traditional label model to give our artists real creative control over their music and branding. By mixing experimental sounds with mainstream appeal, CreSCN focuses on developing artists who can lead the next generation of K-pop. Behind the vision of Crescendo Sound Collective Network (CreSCN) is a leader who believes the industry belongs to the creators. We are officially introducing the founder and CEO behind our movement.
Meet Choi Minji (최민지), 45 years old, the Founder and CEO of CreSCN.
With a background in working for YG Entertainment, she established this collective to move away from rigid labels and return creative control to the artists.
