Do K-pop Idols have natural hair, or do they have hair transplants?

Hi, Kpop fam!!
I am a huge fan of K-pop idols. I have always admired how constantly they change their hair color - pink, brown, blue, and even silver, and still they have thick, shiny, and natural hair. I was wondering if this is all-natural or if our K-pop idols undergo some kind of hair transplant. I know wigs and extensions are used, but I am curious to know if their hair is all natural or whether they have hair transplants.

i think they js wear hair extensions some might have hair transplants idk

i know most idols wear wigs, extensions, or just dye their hair until it’s about to fall off. But i also know Mingyu got a hair transplant but that was because he wanted to change his hairline. idk about anyone else though

This is kind of a weird first post, not gonna lie. Hair transplants are generally for people experiencing hair loss, not for changing colors or styles. What you’re seeing with idols is usually the result of good genetics, top-tier salon care, wigs, extensions, and professional styling, not surgery.
