I usually do bodyweight stuff at home and go for jogs a few times a week. Lately, I’ve also been checking out some routines and tips on biaxol.co.uk — it helped me figure out what kind of training works best for my energy levels and goals. Nothing too intense, just trying to stay active and consistent without overdoing it.
I walk to school and back home (2km) and then I do abt twice a week push-ups and other kind of exercises. I go to dance class where we do some exercising too.
