well idk what you really mean but there's a website called publer which you can use to download any YouTube video, whether you have parental controls on your device or not (just copy the link of the video and input it)

publer is trustworthy, free, and no sign up btw

I use Save view it takes yt but I js make an acc for the vids to be permanent bc if not it only lasts for an hour :>

Just get the URL of the YouTube video and paste it in the box then download it. Its free, no sign up required but SOMETIMES certain videos don't work for some reason but most of the time it should
