i don't have any language apps, bc my school offers the language, but don't use duo bc u won't learn anything except js random words that aren't the most useful. its not a good language learning app

I've been using https://howtostudykorean.com/ but it's more of a textbook with audio files than a game website. I think Duolingo is definitely not a good main source if you actually want to get to the point of being able to speak or understand a language, but it's a pretty good supplement. Most of the game like language learning platforms will either be a paid subscription though, or be just as bad if not worse than Duolingo. If you don't mind paying, I hear LingoDeer is pretty good.

I use a website called Busuu (https://www.busuu.com/) It helps me a lot and provides great learning resources!

Some more that I use frequently:
Memrise - https://www.memrise.com/
Promova - https://promova.com/

I hope this helps! (If you have any questions about the websites, just ask me!)
Which of these are paid vs free?
