How did you become a K-Pop Fan?? 😄

I was watching an asmr video one night and people in the comments kept saying the girl looked like Lisa from BP so I typed in “Lisa from bp” because I was curious and found BP’s Boombaya and then BTS’ Mic Drop was in the recommendations so yeah. Before that though my first real listen of kpop, I didn’t know it was k-pop at the time, was when my brother’s girlfriend showed me SHINee on Weekly Idol in the summer of 2016 and I had no idea who SHINee was or what k-pop was but watched it because she liked it

I kept seeing the terms "kpop" and "Jungkook" on my Pinterest feed and curiosity got the best of me. I watched Blood, Sweat, and Tears with my younger sister and we were fascinated with the dancing and visuals. It was all over for us after that.

There was 2NE1's 'I am the best' going in the background of some gameplay or it was like assigned to a character (fanmade), something like that and then I just tried to find that song - I'd literally written 'nega jel ja laga' (ugh), but it found the song and I've stayed here ever since. ❤
Side note:
I got into kpop and 2NE1 the day after they had disbanded
