What seems to be the issue?
If it's saying to contact an administrator, this usually means one of two things:
1) The image is from an unacceptable website (sometimes KProfiles will not allow for images from certain websites)
2) The link inputted into the URL bar is incorrect. If this is the case, it may be because you're using the website URL instead of the image address
