According to the police, around 8:10 PM yesterday evening, the manager found Moonbin dead at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and reported it to the police.

The police are still investigating the exact cause of his death, while reviewing his autopsy.

Meanwhile, Moonbin's agency, Fantagio had reportedly told iMBC Entertainment that they are still confirming the facts

I’m in so much shock. I wasn’t a fan of him but tw ******* is always horrid and my heart goes out to his group members, his fans and of course his family, especially Moon Sua who this will likely affect deeply. This is very heartbreaking and shocking at the same time. When I saw the article on Soompi I thought it was a mistake or something. Moonbin was a very kind-hearted individual, he didn't deserve this. Moonbin was my very first bias in all of kpop.
Astro was my first group and I found them through Cha Eunwoo, but Moonbin was who I gravitated towards.
He was such a talented and good person. It hurts me to know he was suffering for this long, and he took this route to resolve it.
The world will be a much darker place without Moonbin.
