1. You directly go talk to him stop analyzing his actions, it can confuse you.
2. If he is acting hot and cold then reduce your availability with him if he really likes you he would try to be with you more (maybe).
3. Test him but not in a bad way to hurt his feelings.
4. Reflect on what you want do you want him or not is he your type is he and all the rollercoasters in my head worth it. If you are able to know it then you should be good.
