GIRL?? I usually eat smth light or high in protein/fiber or literally nothing at all before a workout
IM a big ahh eater tho I usually eat meat before work out like beef or steak..hm yummy 🤤 🤤 but I'll try not to eat too much again. I don't like working on an empty stomach either bc that'll make me even more dizzy

meat is a good option but i'd say go for chicken instead of beef or steak but those are also fine as long as its only like 1 or 2 big Macs definitely not 3 bro
