i haven done this in class yet i dont think but im tryna figure it out
im guessing the line is a tangentbc
when i did some of the math
i used like, distance (h,k) and center formula and got a center of (4,3)
then you have to do like substitution IDK ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN...
but the line is a tangent cus it meets rihgt w the center
