I miss being skinny even though I was skinny fat 🫩 but at least the number on the scale was normal and not obese like it is now...trust when im skinny again; I am tearing up all the desserts

i’m sorry you’re feeling like this ml and i know it’s probably really frustrating rn. but you still deserve to enjoy things, even if it doesn’t feel like it. one slice of cake or a couple treats isn’t gonna undo your progress. i really hope one day you can enjoy desserts without feeling guilty because you deserve that too

rami actually needs to rest she has pneumothorax

idk how severe it is since pneumothorax recovery depends on the severity but she HAS rested for 2 years and it was most likely caused by the company since she's underweight and she always sings the highnotes honestly she should prolly js quit though I do love her and it's her dream or wtv it would be better for her health

looked at old pics and realized I used to be fat asf LMAO like why was I in 3rd grade and like 180 I don't feel like I changed much but my mom always talks about how much weight I lost and I didn't even realize it (I still am pretty big tho) btu atleast I'm like 160/150 now
