I just came back from an hour long walk after watching a small bit of a soccer game and its so nice, we were hit with flooding recently so I had to wait until the mud was gone but so much of the wildfire smoke calmed down a lot.

It was just so refreshing to be honest, the last four weeks I found out I suffer from low iron and truly haven't done much, this week is one of the ones that I've felt nice and busy. I'm really glad I found out why I was feeling that way though, I have an interview next week again and I've been trying to get on top of things. Its just so nice to feel some sort of 'normal' again, and not having to nap every hour of the day. I ended up getting sleep medication to, compared to last month I no longer wake up four times in a night! And I am loving this change

Had a good conversation with my dad on the walk home to, its funny, now a days we are sending photos of our supper to each other and it makes me smile. Of course little upset he made poutine without me haha but still very nice

So the boy group &TEAM does these vlogs, &ROUTINE and &DAY/ &DAY OFF and they are really relaxing, obviously as someone who enjoys their music I'm a bit biased, but I find them really calming. Espically Nicholas's vlogs.

I didn't at first, but I get why people like morning routine and stuff like that, it sets a good example and provides lots of ideas.
