SONAMOO’s Nahyun And Sumin File Lawsuit Against TS Entertainment To Terminate Contracts

It is reported that SONAMOO’s Nahyun and Sumin have sent a certification of contents to TS Entertainment to terminate their contracts. They did it in the month of May but TS did not carry out the certification of contents and so they filed a lawsuit in August to affirm the non-existence of their exclusive contracts. The legal firm in charge of the case confirmed the report to Star News. The lawyer added that Nahyun and Sumin will wait until the beginning of October for a response before pursuing other actions as determined by the court.
TS Entertainment responded by only saying “We have confirmed that Nahyun and Sumin have filed a lawsuit against our agency claiming that our exclusive contract is non-existent. We will organize an official response as soon as possible.”

For fans who have been wondering what the hold up has been with Sonamoo’s comeback, wonder no more.

It’s been reported that Sonamoo members Nahyun and Sumin reportedly asked TS to terminate their contracts in May of this year but when they received no response from the company, not surprised to say the least, they filed a lawsuit last month in August. They also say other members of Sonamoo are also looking to terminate their contracts and are in the process of preparing lawsuits against TS.

TS didn’t release a statement about this until recently but have confirmed the reason Sonamoo’s comeback hasn’t happened yet is because of the ongoing lawsuit with Nahyun and Sumin.

Nahyun has also opened her own Instagram account and is a “normal college student who wants to graduate”.

It seems Sonamoo will be the next group to disband from TS entertainment. They have lost almost all of their artists to lawsuits but it seems they’ll never learn.

Same sis. I wonder if Nahyun is going to dip her toes back into the idol life though. She did say she was a normal college student now and wanting to graduate

Ahh ok my bad, cause my user is blueberries so I was confused as to which ones you were referring to, since strawberries and blueberries are pretty similar 😅😅
