This post i saw on another forum regarding RV Wendy's solo

personally, i don't think this is the case. I think Wendy is getting a solo because we haven't seen much of her since her accident so SM gave her a solo so that she can shine, plus she has an amazing voice so why not give an amazing vocalist a solo?
what are your thoughts?

this is what is says:
"Wendy got injured because of SM and SBS's negligence. In South Korea typically lawsuits are frowned upon which is why in a lot of kdramas they show payoffs to victims in accidents. Wendy got injured, SM and SBS don't want to admit fault and Wendy's family wants to sue but they worked it out behind the scenes so SM gives Wendy a solo as soon as she's recovered. I'm sure SBS will give Wendy extra attention to make good on her accident."

Wendy's getting a solo because she's the best female vocalist of the 3rd generation.
Sure there's a chance they are giving her a solo now, so she doesn't exert herself too much with a normal comeback. They might be giving her time before RV has their comeback. Besides, she would be getting a solo eventually.
Also Taeyeon main vocalist of snsd was the first to get a solo.
I don't think SM is doing it to pay her off or anything.
She might have also worked on song writing and composing while she was recovering. So her debuting solo would just be a lot easier and quicker that way.
