Fang (ฟาง) is a Vietnamese trainee.

He is a contestant on the survival show Shine Boys.

His birthname is Vương Tuấn Kiệt

He was born on 7 September 2005.

His hometown is Thanh Hóa in Vietnam.

Fang studied stage, television, and film acting at the University of Theater and Performing Arts of Hanoi in Vietnam.

In December 2005, he was confirmed as a new contestant on the upcoming training program Shine Boys.

Shine Boys is an idol training program by HST Entertainment.

Shine Boys is a training program in which an open pool of aspiring male trainees will undergo evaluation and development to secure the chance to debut under HST Entertainment and take their first steps into the entertainment industry.

Unlike typical survival shows, the lineup is not fixed, allowing new contestants to join as the program progresses.

Each trainee receives a personalized growth plan crafted by some of the industry's top coaches, focusing on their performance skills, individuality, and overall potential.

The program provides direct pathways into the entertainment field through high-profile stages and media platforms, giving contestants valuable exposure.

Shine Boys has been broadcasted worldwide—including on Thailand’s leading television networks—marking the beginning of their journey toward an international debut.

In October 2025, Shine Boys opened their official social media accounts.

On 1 November 2025, the show opened their auditions for any male older than 18 years old.

Between 2 November 2025 and 4 November 2025, all contestants were revealed.

Three trainees left the show early (Gunkul, Bozz and Peak), and were replaced by Kimmon and Silas.

On 14 November 2025, the show opened global auditions for their training program.

The show's first episode broadcasted on 10 February 2026 at 16:50 PM (ICT) and ran weekly.
