I am thinking about joining the military when I am older. I am also thinking about auditioning for Kpop!!! But if I don't make it into Kpop I will 100% join the military

I don't really recommend becoming a kpop idol because the training is hard and I really don't want you going through hard things, especially at a young age. Being a kpop idol may be tempting but you also have to think about the debt you may accumulate and the harsh schedules. At the end of the day, it's your choice. I won't be keeping you from trying to achieve your dream. But, there are harsh realities in kpop and I hope you understand that. pls don't take this the wrong way; I'm js trying to look out for you. Abt 2 years ago, before turning 14, I lowkey thought abt auditioning but I decided it probably wasn't the best thing for me.

Thank you for looking out for me. Before I audition for a company or think about auditioning I look into to them and their idols. And the best one so far is Cube Ent. But i'm only 12 so I'm sure my dream will change by the time I reach my Senior year! As for what branches we want to be in my younger sister wants to join the Air Force. As for me I don't know yet either the Air Force or Army. Also you're the same age as my older sister

I think it's good that you check out the companies before auditioning. I never really hear anything horrible from Cube ent. so i suppose that company isn't too bad. My mom wanted me to join air force, but it takes a lot of brain power and I think I'm scared of heights so . But it's a good branch! I recommend it if you ever do decide you guys want to do the military.

Yes My older sister Just turned 16 this May!!! While I do have a fear of heights too I also Have a fear of the ocean so I don't think the navy will be very good for me.The reason I want to join Cube is also Because I have never heard anything bad about Cube!!!

Oh, wow! She's older than me by 3 months. And I don't know how to swim, so I'm going to have to learn.

Cube isn't perfect. They don't handle scandals too well, the situation with hyuna and dawn that took place a few years ago for example. They don't really promote or provide the right resources for the less popular groups, ifykwim. Also, there have been a few claims of mistreatment from some idols but idk. Now, compared to Hybe and maybe SM, I think they're a definite better option and they have improved in the past year after G-Idle renewed their contracts soooo.

For me, I think I would do JYP, as far as the right treatment and etc. But, if I wanted to perform songs that I actually like, I would probably go SM. I listen to every SM group rn (and soloist) and it's very hard for me to dislike a song made by a group under that entertainment

Yes My dream Kpop company is either Cube, SM or JYP!! I'm going to have to learn how to go high in the air without passing out (I've passed out before on multiple roller coasters) I have also heard about the Hyuna and Dawn situation Because Dawn was apart of one of my favorite Boy groups, Pentagon and don't worry I am quite the yapper too especially when It comes to Kpop

Believe it or not, but I've never been on a roller coaster before.

I never really got into Pentagon. I js knew him bc I listened to 'Ping Pong' by him and Hyuna. I did see hui on boys planet though.

It's so easy to talk when it's abt something you're really passionate about or really enjoy. Not too many ppl listen to kpop at my school so I'm forced to talk to people online.

That's Ok most of my friends haven't been on one either!! I love Ping Pong by Dawn and Huyna It's such a good song!! I agree with you Nobody at my school listens to Kpop and my friends think it's stupid .That's why I am so grateful for the people like you online!! You guys listen to what I have to say and nobody Thinks it's stupid

Yes, yes. The only place where it isn't safe is twitter (or x idc). I'm TERRIFIED of Twitter kpop fans, especially the overly obsessive ones like, no offense, the blinks or the armies. Obviously not every blink or army are horrible people but there are a good amount of them. They js think they're better than everyone else and that bts/blackpink are the BEST groups out there

YESSSS I am a Blink But I agree with you there very obsessive Blinks and Armys who think that BlackPink and BTS are better then everyone else and It's veryyyyy annoying Because there are so many good Kpop groups out there not just blackpink and BTS.

I'm sayinng! This may be controversial to say but I've never been a huge fan of Bts. When their english songs were overplayed in 2020 I was honestly so annoyed bc the songs weren't even THAT good. Like, even when bts were in the military, they were still earning awards and stuff like how is that even possible. I js know my bias groups are cooked when bts starts releasing music again.

but wait. i will give them credit though. Some of their solo music... is actually kind of good. Other than that idk... I don't rlly dig them. There are.. better groups.. instead of bts taking all of the spotlight, I feel like other groups should have a chance to shine, ykwim? Like... idk.. seventeen? I love them and they deserve so much.
