You're welcome! Have a great rest when you do. Hmm, maybe its cause it would be best if you just lie down, relaxing your whole body. Maybe the reason why the warm shower didn't really help much was probably that you had to stand up while washing up and stuff, when your body just needed to relax lying down. I hope you have a nice rest!

Thank you! My bestie lent me this neck massager thing and told me to try it and to take a muscle relaxer tonight which I will.
